Smiley Transportation is seeking applicants that are computer literate, professional and have excellent people skills. A great applicant needs to be able to think outside of the box and be able to manage a route of about 10 students at a time per school. Someone that can do the daily tasks, but also understand and want to advance with this family owned company.
All Employees are expects to perform in a professional manner at all times. All Employees are expected to abide by all company policies and procedures. We hold our employees to a higher standard than any other business.

Successful Employees must be able to meet all of the following requirements:
Be able to work a flexible work schedule. Routes are split shift (6am to 8:45am then 2pm to 5:45pm) Monday through Friday. Nights, weekends and school holidays off.
Must have a cell phone
Must be 26 years of age or older (commercial insurance requirement)
Must have a reliable means of transportation
Must have a Texas Drivers License
Must have a clean driving record for the last three years. (driving records are ran yearly for insurance)
Must be able to pass a local, state and federal background checks.
Must pass a drug screen test
Must be CPR, First Aid, Blood-borne pathogen, and Epi-pen certified with in 30 days of employment.
Must not have any gaps in work history for the past 5 years.
Must like working with children from the ages of 4 to 18, special need students/adults and senior citizen adults.
