1. All current customers will receive an email on February 24th. It will have all the information on how to enroll your student(s) for the 2024-2025 school year.
2. Smiley will email all current clients a PandaDoc contract for the following school year. These will be emailed out from February 24th – 28th. Make sure and check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
3. Open the PandaDoc contract and fill out ALL sections, as it will not submit if any are left blank.
4. Please send a voided Check and a picture of your student/students. Please include your Full Name and your Students Full Name(s) on this email at . csr@smileytransportation.com . .

5. Please submit as soon as possible. All seats are first come first served.
6. Once your PandaDoc contract has been completed and submitted, you will receive a thank you email and text, confirming you are successfully enrolled. Please allow us 12-24 hours to get the confirmations sent.
7. DEADLINE to pre-enroll is April 4th, 2022
8. April 4, 2022, your pre-enrollment fee will be processed. (All fees are non-refundable)
9. As of April 4, 2022, Smiley will begin making decisions on what schools to add or drop based on demand. If you do not pre-enroll, you run the risk of us not servicing your child’s school next year.
10. Approximately one week prior to school starting, we will send all enrolled customers an email with route information, including driver pictures, van unit numbers, pick up times (if AM rider), drop off order, and maps of the pickup locations.
Q: What do I do if I did not receive the email?
A: If you did not receive the emails, first check your junk or spam folder. If it is still not there, please notify the office by texting 817-401-4944. Let them know it was not received and confirm your email address. A new PandaDoc will be emailed to you, as well as a text that it was sent.
Q: I received my PandaDoc contract, however I am needing to add another student. How do I do that?
A: All PandaDoc contracts will be sent with an additional student page, one more than what you have currently enrolled. Please fill that out with the PandaDoc and submit. In addition, please text the office at 817-401-4944, so we can discuss the fee change.
Q: I am needing to add more than one student. How do I do that?
A: Please notify the office by text at 817-401-4944. Let us know how many you need to add. We will send you a new PandaDoc contract with the appropriate number of student sheets, and discuss the fee change.
Q: I am currently a one-way customer, but I am wanting to switch to round trip. How do I do that?
A: Text the office at 817-401-4944 and let them know. We will update the information and send you an updated PandaDoc contract.
Q: I am currently a round trip customer, but I am wanting to switch to just one way. How do I do that?
A: Text the office at 817-401-4944 and let them know. We will update the information and send you an updated PandaDoc contract.
Q: We moved over the summer, and/or our student switched schools. How do I notify the office?
A: Please text the office at 817-401-4944 before filling out the PandaDoc, so we can make sure we will be able to still provide service. Office can send a new PandaDoc contract with any updates.
Q: I have tried submitting the PandaDoc, however it will not go through. What do I do?
A: Make sure all fields are filled out. All are required before it can be submitted. If, for example, you do not have a home phone, put N/A in that field. Occasionally we have customers that can not get it to submit from a phone, or tablet. We are not sure why but try submitting it from a computer.
Q: Can I fill out the PandaDoc from my phone?
A: In short yes, however, we do have customers that can not get it to submit from their phone or tablet. If that happens, you will need to submit it from a computer.
Q: I am not sure if we will be needing services for the following school year. What are my options?
A: You can wait and let us know later. However, there are things you need to consider. As of April 1st, you will not have a seat saved and there is no guarantee we will keep servicing the school you are needing. Every year we add and drop schools based on demand. Also, all seats are first come first served. After our current clients get the seats they need, we start contacting our waitlist to fill the remaining seats. In addition, our prices are going to go up after pre-enrollment. We will be increasing prices by approximately 25% after pre-enrollment. We are giving our current customers a price break if they pre-enroll.
If you think you may need service, you could pre-enroll. The pre-enrollment fee is non-refundable; however, your seat is there if you need it. If you let us know by August 1st that you will not be utilizing our service, there is no additional charges and we remove your student from the route.
Q: I currently have 3 students enrolled, however only two will be returning next year. What do I do?

Q: I filled out and submitted my PandaDoc, but I am not sure it went through. How do I make sure my student(s) are enrolled?
A: After we receive the PandaDoc, we will send out a Thank you email and text. This could take 12-24 hours. Also, you are welcome to text the office @ 817-401-4944, and they can let you know if it was received.
Q: The prices on the new contract are higher than what I am currently paying. Why?
A: Smiley Transportation is seeing tremendous customer demand for our safe and reliable student transportation services. We are working hard to meet this demand by increasing our driver and support recruitment, certification, and continuous training. We also know that when it comes to student transportation, trust and reliability is the utmost importance and something that we are constantly improving. In order to meet the growing demand and continue to maintain and improve our service quality and reliability, we must pass some of the cost to our customer. We are doing our best to keep our returning customer’s prices as low as possible.
Q: What if I do not need services next year?
A: Do not fill out the PandaDoc. In addition, you can let the office staff know by texting 817-401-4944.
Q: I have already filled out the pre-enrollment contract, why am getting texts about it?
A: our reminder texts are sent via a mass text program that sends to all our current customers. Just ignore the texts, they are just reminders to the ones that have not enrolled or notified us they are not returning.
