Smiley Summer Camp

CAMP INFORMATION

• This summer we are offering 8 weeks of exciting camps that will delight your child with fun, fitness, solo and team activities, new and old friends and unforgettable memories they will cherish forever.
• Monday - Thursday 9am - 3pm
• Kids ages 7-12
• If your child is well-behaved, you have high expectations for personal behavior, and you are looking for a great camper-to-staff ratio (5 children to 1 staff), this camp is for you.

CAMP RULES

• NO games, toys or other items from home.
• NO electronics, video games and phones.
• NO smart watches, and other communicators (they break easily and get lost).
• NO soda. water or juice boxes only.
• NO glass containers or glass bottles.

BRING / WEAR:

• Wear regular play clothes.
• Bring your favorite book everyday (we do reading times).
• Due to allergies bring your own lunch and 2 snacks and drink (we have lunch and 2 snack breaks).
• We offer NUT free snacks $1.50 each. (Snack provided ADD ON).
• Have everything in a small backpack and include a set of extra clothing (underwear, shorts, t-shirt).

ALLERGIES / MEDICAL HISTORY

• Please provide any allergies/medical history on the enrollment form when signing up.

PARENTS SHOULD EXPECT:

• Kids will complain about being tired, sore, etc... this is normal and they will get used to the new routine.
• Kids will discover new things / ideas.
• Kids will encounter new challenges - support, don't save.
• Kids will learn new social interaction skills.
• Kids will interact with people outside of their norm.
• Kids will offload negative emotions at home - this is normal!

• FARM & ANIMAL CAMP -- The week will be full of animal adventures.  This week will include a petting zoo, trip to a working ranch, a live cattle drive, and ending with either a trip to the zoo or aquarium. Join in learning about the animals and how they are taken care of and what they are used for.

• ARTS/CRAFTS/CREATIVITY CAMP -- The week will be full of arts/crafts and creativity.  This week will include learning to draw from a professional local artist, creating a plaster animal to take home, tie dye day, and ending with learning to make homemade butter. Join un learning these fun and creative ideas.

• FIRST RESPONDER/CAREERS CAMP -- This week will include visits from local First Responders, trip to a fire station, trip to an EMS station, presentation from a local small business as well.

• SPORTS THEME CAMP -- This week will be full of different sports.  We will be take a tour of a local stadium, learn about how sports are important. We will learn the game of kickball.  At the end of the week we will have a kickball game between the two teams for bragging rights of the game.

• ARTS/CRAFTS/CREATIVITY CAMP-- The week will be full of arts/crafts and creativity.  This week will include learning to draw from a professional local artist, creating a plaster animal to take home, tie dye day, and ending with learning to make homemade butter. Join un learning these fun and creative ideas.

• SPORTS THEME CAMP

• 8 AM EARLY BEFORE CAMP CARE - We can provide before camp care starting at 8am.  This ADD_ON is $25 dollars extra per camp.

• 4 PM LATE AFTER CAMP CARE DROP OFF - We can provide after camp care until 4pm.  This ADD-ON is $45 dollars extra per camp.

• SNACKS PROVIDED - We will provide a NUT free snack at $1.50 for each snack. We have two snack periods per day. This ADD-ON will be collected at time of enrollment.
